1. License grant
Surf Online grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use marketplace add-ons, shared flows, and related digital content ("Add-ons") within Meridian for your own bots, subject to this EULA and our Terms of Service.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Add-ons outside Meridian.
- Reverse engineer Add-ons except where law permits.
- Remove copyright or attribution notices where required.
- Use Add-ons to violate our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
3. Ownership
Add-ons remain the property of their authors or licensors. Meridian platform code remains owned by Surf Online. Your bot configurations that incorporate Add-ons remain yours, subject to the Add-on license.
4. Updates and support
Add-ons may be updated or removed by their authors or by Meridian for compatibility, security, or policy reasons. Support for third-party Add-ons is provided by the author unless we state otherwise.
5. Termination
This license ends if you violate this EULA or if your Meridian account is terminated. We may disable Add-ons that pose a security or policy risk.
6. Disclaimer
Add-ons are provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Surf Online is not liable for Add-on authors' content or behavior.
