What is Meridian?

Meridian is a no-code tool to build, manage, and host Discord bots from a visual editor, without writing custom code.

Do I need my own server?

No. Hosting is included so you can publish bots from the platform without running your own infrastructure.

How do I sign in?

Use the Open app link in this help center or the sign-in flow on the main site. You will connect with Discord where that is required.

Where do I manage billing?

Open the app from your dashboard and use your account or subscription settings there. This help center explains common billing topics at a high level.

Who can I contact for account issues?

Use the support channels Meridian lists in the product or on the main site. This page will link to them when they are published.

How do I update my team profile?

Staff members can update their bio, rank, and socials in the Account settings. Once saved, these changes are marked as "Pending review" and must be approved by an Executive before they appear on the public team page.
